Exchanges & Returns
Exchange Process:
Exchanges and returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made beyond this timeframe may not be processed.
To be eligible for an exchange or return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase. Customized items are not eligible for exchange or return unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer support team at hi@anyasayad.com to initiate the exchange process. Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the original item and processing the exchange.
Return Process:
To initiate a return for a refund, please contact our customer support team at hi@anyasayad.com to request a return authorization.
Please note that original shipping charges, taxes, and duties are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit, valid for 1 year. Additionally, please be aware that you will be responsible for covering any new handling, shipping costs, taxes, and duties incurred.
Customized jewelry, crafted based on specific requests, cannot be exchanged or returned unless found to be defective.
Damaged or Defective Items:
In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at hi@anyasayad.com to arrange for a replacement or refund.
