Repair Services:

Quality and craftsmanship is of our utmost concern. However, due to the delicate nature of jewelry, occasional repairs may be necessary. If you find yourself in need of repair for any Anya Sayad Jewelry piece, please contact us at hi@anyasayad.com. Kindly include your Name, Address, Order #, Repair Issue, and a photo of the damaged piece.

We offer complimentary repairs for any breakage caused by manufacturer defects within 120 days of purchase receipt. Repairs needed after this period, or those attributed to misuse, will incur a repair charge at the customer's expense. Each repair request will be evaluated individually. Please note that we do not accept returns for worn merchandise.

Care Instructions:

Most colored gems can be cleaned with warm water, mild dish soap (without detergents), and a soft brush. Alternatively, a pulsed-water dental cleaning appliance and a soft, lint-free cloth can be used.

After cleaning, rinse your jewelry in a glass of water to remove any cleaning solutions, as rinsing directly in the sink may risk losing stones or damaging the piece.

Soft gems like pearls require gentle cleaning with a new, clean makeup brush and warm, soapy water. Lay pearls on a towel to dry, avoiding contact until completely dry to prevent stretching of the silk thread and attracting dirt.

Regular cleaning helps maintain the brilliance of your jewelry and prevents the buildup of dirt and oils.

Store each piece of jewelry separately in a soft pouch or lined jewelry box to prevent scratching and tangling.

Avoid exposing your jewelry to extreme temperatures, humidity, or direct sunlight, as these conditions can damage certain gemstones and metals.
