Shipping Policies

 

 

Shipping Information:

We provide both international and local shipping options. To ensure a secure and prompt delivery, we collaborate with DHL for international orders and Aramex for local orders. Shipping costs are determined by the destination country and the order size. You can review the shipping cost for your order during the checkout process.

 

Shipping Time:

Our shipping time is 2 to 4 business days for both domestic and international orders. Please be aware that shipping times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances. Note that shipping times do NOT include production time.

 

Dispatch Time:

Orders are typically dispatched within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. Upon dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. For items produced on order, please anticipate delivery within two weeks. If your order contains items with different availability times, we will ship your order once all items are available.

 

Damaged Items:

In the rare event that your items arrive damaged, please contact our customer support team immediately at hi@anyasayad.com.

 

Change of Delivery Address:

If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us promptly at hi@anyasayad.com. Please note that changes may not be possible if your order has already been dispatched.

 

Delivery Time Exceeded:

If your order delivery time exceeds the estimated timeframe, please contact our customer support team for assistance at hi@anyasayad.com.

 

Tracking Notifications:

For international orders, upon dispatch, you will receive an email containing a tracking number for your order. Please write it here to be able to find your order’s status.

 

Duties & Taxes:

International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes upon delivery. These charges are determined by your country's customs office and are the responsibility of the recipient. Anya Sayad Jewelry has no control over customs and import taxes. If duties and taxes are refused upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to us at the customer's expense. The customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of return shipping. The initial shipping cost will not be refunded.

 

Cancellations:

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been dispatched. Please contact us at hi@anyasayad.com to cancel your order.

 

Insurance:

All orders are insured against loss or damage during transit for added peace of mind.
